By air, one way to reach Crete island is to fly to Athens, (served by international flights) and then fly to Crete or during the summer with charter flights from Europe directly to Crete
By sea, another way is to arrive in Greece by ferry from Brindisi, Ancona, Bari or Venice in Italy and from there travel to Crete either by airplane or by boat.
By boat, ferries to Crete depart from Piraeus harbour (main port of Athens), but there are also departures from Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Kalamata, Gythio, and some from the Cyclades islands and Kythira. Please note that from November to April ferry schedules are decreased.
To arrive in Crete by boat you can reach one of the six ports which are located at Heraklion, Chania, Rethymno, Ag. Nikolaos, Sitia and Kastelli-Kissamou. Crete connects through these ports with Piraeus, Santorini, Sikinos, Folegandros, Milos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Karpathos, Kassos, Karpathos, Antikythira, Kythira and the Peloponnese.

We have created an operational plan so to be able to effectively manage suspected Covid-19 cases and prevent the spread of the virus. In this context, it is important for us to mention that we have adopted and maintained our own Health & Safety Program for decades now.

Arrival
The resort has taken measures to implement good personal hygiene practices in the workplace and oversees their continued implementation. Specifically:
- All guests will be welcomed offering our genuine hospitality, while following all necessary steps to ensure the health & safety standards that will protect all guests and staff members that are already in the resort.Our front office staff will offer a secure check in process and assist all guests arriving at the resort.
- Airport Transfer: Οnly guests of the same reservation permitted per car (up to 4 prs) or minibus (up to 5 prs). Face masks mandatory for all passengers.

Waterslide Group Rules:
- Riders must be minimum 1.20m tall.
- Maximum 120 Kg.
- No age limit please follow the height limit.
- People who cannot swim are not allowed to ride.
- People who have health problems are not allowed to slide.
- All riders must wear swimwear.
Aquatower Rules:
- Children under 6 years of age can roam inside Aqua tower with direct Parent/ Guardian supervision.
- Children under 12 years old should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Children under 3 years of age are not allowed use the slides.
- Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions and/or neck or back problems and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not be let to ride
- No restriction regarding the age, height or weight.
